- Central Supply Planning for API Manufacturing Plants Management & controlling of the Supply Chain activities in API Business Supply Planning , Material Planning , S&OP and Supply Execution as per customer requirements Areas Of Responsibility Management & control of the Supply chain process in API Business – Responsible for the Health of SCM Metric- D vs C C vs S D vs S RM PM Inventory DOH RM PM SLOB as a % of Inventory Responsible for Supply Chain Process implementation & Effective Execution –
- Effectively execute strategic activities – CTS: Segmentation, Identification and Implementation of initiatives. – LRP: Computation /Analysis of respective production capability & Material availability – RM/PM inventory and campaign norms refresh Effectively execute ASCEND process – Material master & system Hygiene – RCCP, MRP Run – Metrics root cause analysis and action planning
