We are looking for a motivated Executive and Officer to join our Powder Processing Area (PPA) department.
Position : Executive (PPA)
Eligibility Criteria:
- *Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field
- *Experience: Min 8 years
Job Description:
* Production Planning: Creating weekly and monthly batch schedules to ensure targets are met on time.
* Team Leadership: Managing the shift officers and operators, assigning tasks, and ensuring discipline on the shop floor.
* Troubleshooting: Solving critical process problems or equipment breakdowns immediately to avoid production delays.
* Safety & Compliance: Ensuring the entire department follows safety rules (EHS) and maintains GMP standards during audits.
Position : Officer(PPA)
Eligibility Criteria:
- *Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field
- *Experience: Min 4 years
*Expertise in QMS and Trackwise software
Job Description:
* Shop Floor Supervision: Monitoring the daily operations of reactors, centrifuges, and dryers in the assigned area.
* Documentation (QMS): Filling out Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) in real-time and handling logbooks, deviations, and change controls.
* Process Monitoring: Checking critical parameters like temperature, pressure, and pH during reactions to ensure product quality.
* Housekeeping & Safety: ensuring the area is clean, labeled correctly, and that operators are wearing proper PPE.
* Audit Readiness: Keeping all area records and equipment tags updated so the plant is always ready for internal or external audits.
