Job Description/Skills Required
This position will facilitate staff and workers to enhance overall Performance in respect of Industrial administration.
Key Accountabilities:
Primary:
- The individual will provide Plant HR expertise as well as ensure compliance with all applicable laws, apart from Factory and Labour laws, apart from implementing company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for complete plant administration which includes Security, Housekeeping, plant management and welfare activities of the plant
- Complete responsibilities of maintenance of all statutory recoveries and remittance of statutory deductions made from staff and workers with respective authorities online and maintenance of all relevant records to be produced at the time of inspection.
- Ensure to prepare and create awareness to employees about the Sops relating to Time office, statutory compliances, Security Management related, Training & Development related, Corporate Social responsible related, Contract Labor Management related etc.
- Preparation of PAYROLL for staff and workers by duly maintaining attendance register.
- Maintaining and updating of ISO audit related records as per ISO regulations.
Secondary:
- Responsible for hiring staff and workers for various positions as per the requirement
- Conducting round of personal interviews and salary negotiation. Conducting employee orientation programs and facilitating staff joining formalities.
- Preparing and issuing of appointment letters; recording of staff and workers details in the company staff diary; sending circulars on special issues like holidays, change of working hours etc.,
- Provide counsel and assist employees in resolving complex Human Resource problems, including disciplinary counseling. Communicating and explaining the HR policies of the company to all the staff and workers
- Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, and general duty of care. Also Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.
