Job Description/Skills Required
- To be LAB IN charge of Parle Freund responsible for trials, demos to customers and upkeep of the equipment and lab. (Roll Compactor, Granulations)
- To create a profitable revenue center with the lab and also a brand visibility of Parle Freund Lab
- To review on regular basis (fortnightly) with each division on the areas of Formulations related product enhancement approaches, clear out challenges related to our manufactured and agency equipment’s meeting customer needs
- To join Sales / business / product heads for joint calls on presentations related to machines for the customer applications, for any formulations based support
- To be the Business head of Freund product line and effectively support the Sales / product managers for Freund
- To resolve any issues onsite related to formulations related our machine employment
- To demonstrate and present machines during exhibitions
- To guide and support the business development team for the products to be added in the scope of parles solutions to customers
- To guide the branding team on what to be highlighted on the products in line with the applications scope of the equipment and also support with additional contribution on articles of our machines pharma applications
- To enable scope for more business and add-on customers by networking with his pharma society and linking our business heads over such customers, with his reference.
