Job Description/Skills Required

• Carrying out screening – bulk alert clearance, public media searches, true hit reporting and reporting tracker maintenance on risk areas like Sanctions, Anti Money Laundering (AML); Politically Exposed Person (PEP), Adverse Media. Conduct open internet searches, strings and keyword searches. Conduct Quality Check of alerts performed by L1 reviewer able to eliminate complex scenarios using secondary research. Conduct verification of company’s registration, background, incorporation, etc. Conduct Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC) questionnaire review of third parties review of code of conduct policy, ethics / ABAC policy. Conduct transaction monitoring of payments. Assisting in the research on a variety of new business opportunities and creation of supporting material. Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to assess acknowledgement of supplier code of conduct, performance of the supplier assessments, external risk assessment and follow up for the audits etc. Follow up with suppliers on the status and completion of questionnaires, code of conduct acknowledgments, etc. Adherence client specific turn-around time and assist in the delivery of output in utmost quality, according to defined scope within the defined timelines. Prepare and circulate daily / weekly / monthly progress reports with relevant stakeholders. Working closely with the primary manager in support of its responsibilities outlined above.
