Job Description/Skills Required

• Design & build end-to-end Data warehouse solutions using latest open source and cloud-based technologies
• Work closely with offshore manager, onshore team, clients business, and IT stakeholders to gather project requirements
• Collaborate with India and US senior consultants/managers to design DWH solutions & ETL processes
• Lead a team of analysts & manage their work and contribute to project planning, system design & development, quality assurance, UAT and deployment activities
• Build demos and POCs to support business development for new and existing clients
• Coach & mentor analysts/developers to build skills in SQL, ETL, Python (optional) and BI visualizations/reporting (optional)
• Organize training sessions for analysts and nurture their growth
• Create PowerPoint decks and lead development of online visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau etc.) to communicate results to client and internal teams
• Lead development of SOPs, QC checklists, ETL runbook etc. to drive regular Data warehouse system operations
• Discuss & execute adhoc data analysis on operational Data warehouse system to address client queries
• Lead a team of analysts to refresh data & execute QCs in operational Data warehouse system before the system is released to end users
