Job Description/Skills Required
- Business Vertical: TMFL Department: Accounts Line of Business: Vehicle Finance. Educational Qualification: CA Desired Experience: at least 3 years post qualification Key Objective of the Job: Accounting and compliances Key Deliverables: Accounting and preparation of financial statements as per previous Indian GAAP and new Ind AS/IFRS. Ensuring RBI compliances and submission of quarterly/half yearly/ annual returns on a periodic basis. Ensuring monthly MIS closure & reporting both under previous Indian GAAP and new Ind AS/IFRS. Responsible for monthly trial balance scrutiny and preparation of schedules. Co-ordination/liaison with Statutory Auditor for quarterly audit and yearly audit.Ensuring the SOX compliance .Co ordination with holding company Tata Motors for monthly/quarterly/annual reporting under Ind AS/IFRS. Specialized job competencies: Previous experience in Accounts department/function preferably in NBFCs or Banks or in Big 4 CA firms having experience/knowledge of NBFCs or Banks. Well versed with RBI guidelines specially on NPA provisioning/Income recognition/Classification Descent knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS in terms of Gaap differences compared to Previous Indian GAAP Working knowledge of SAP system, MS office specifically Excel. Other desired attributes: Constant endeavour to update knowledge Good Teamplayer Confident but politeCo-ordination with System department (IT) for process improvement to bring better control and reduce manual intervention.
