Job Description/Skills Required

• Development of primary and secondary packaging materials for Tablets, Capsules, ODG, FDG, Smart gel, Oral Liquids, Lyophilized Powders/Granules, Injectables and Medical Devices (PFS: Pre-filled syringes)
• Preparation and review of specifications and STPs for packaging materials.
• Review of MFR (Master Formula Record).
• RLD packaging characterisation, packaging development reports, literature search, drawing evaluations
• Support Regulatory in ANDA filings in aspect of packaging (i.e, KLDs/ Artworks/ Intended MPRs/LOAs/ Drawings)
• SOPs preparation and review of all packaging development operations.
• Identification, development and evaluation of cost-effective packaging solutions.
• Design, development and validation of change parts and packaging components.
• Evaluation of packaging materials, Preparation and review of study protocols, study execution and preparation and review of study reports.
• Supporting to cross functional teams to achieve the project time lines.
• URS preparation, procurement and qualification (IQ, OQ and PQ) of new packaging Equipment’s / Instruments.
• Procurement (Vendor qualification, Quotations, Negotiations & Purchase requests) of packaging materials for development batches, clinical batches and exhibit batches.
• Identifying the PFS suppliers/manufacturers and arranging samples.
• Procurement of PFSs for development and exhibit batches.
• Involvement in DHF preparation.
• Monitoring of Artwork activities for product filings and new launches.
• Auditing of supplier/manufacturer sites.
• Arranging/procurement (Vendor qualification, Quotations & Purchase requests) of packaging material samples for evaluation and development activities
