Job description:
- Need to procure Raw Material(API, Excipient). To make the comparative chart & forward for approval in purchase committee meeting. To prepare the order & forward to respective vendor & follow through for delivery schedule. To prepare the Plan vs. Execution sheet of Third Party product & forward to distribution department on weekly basis. To monitor dispatches & delivery schedule of Third Party products for timely supply of Goods. To co-ordinate with transporter for timely delivery of Finished Goods at Daman Trading Unit. To co-ordinate with all vendors for Third party manufacturing agreements & keep the records at our end. To follow up with accounts for timely payment of Vendor. To prepare the debit note to vendor & ensure the payment is recovered within stipulated time. To reply the Audit queries of P2P product to Auditors as when required.
