Job description:
- Strong in process engineering. Innovative, dedicated, hard working Candidate should be well versed with the process of transferring technology from R&D to Technology Absorption department and take successful pre & post validation batches. With min R&D supervision, should execute plant validation Computer savvy Good understanding in chemistry. Candidate should be able to lead the team. Knowing third party manufacturing & custom product handling experience will be considered an added advantage in selection criteria Well verse on quality compliance requirements to handle DMF block efficiently & effectively To know all other associate functions and ensure its compliance like safety (Should implement EHS policy and procedures), engineering, quality assurance, quality control & regulatory…etc Should have good co-orination, communication, documentation & convincing skill Should have trouble shooting, planning and good execution skill
