Job Description/Skills Required:
- Identification and fixation of area’s and equipment trains for in house products, site transfer products and scale-up/scale down activities.
- Preparation and review of documents i.e. BMR’s and BPR’s for new products, various batch sizes and subsequent revisions of all kinds.
- Responsible to validate the process changes: Originated from scale change activities, incorporation of new equipment chains, root cause investigations, out of specification investigations, out of trend investigations and cycle time improvement proposals.
- Review of process validation reports for its interpretations on process recommendations and signing of the reports upon ensuring adequate interpretations.
- Evaluation of process suitability: For each validation proposal and strategizing the implementation plan upon confirming its suitability. If process found inadequate conduct process trials to improvise the process adequacy prior to validation execution
- Responsible to handle deviations observed during execution of process validation activities. Conducting root cause investigations in case of deviations, out of specifications and out of trend observations.
- Responsible to prepare comprehensive report on Track Wise tasks for BMR and BPR preparations and revisions to understand the monthly document requirements on behalf of the QMS events and to facilitate the required document revisions there by Track wise task closures.
