Job Description/Skills Required:Â
- Handling of change control and deviations.
- Preparation of process validation protocol and reports.
- Preparation of Quality Management System software qualification protocol and report.
- Preparation review and issuance control of SOP’s.
- Preparation of Annual Product Quality Review and Continuous Process Verification.
- Review of qualification documents like equipment, facility and computer base software.
- Review of all documentations for preparation of batch manufacturing records.
- Verification of the equipment cleaning record, Batch Manufacturing Record and the related SOPs prepared by the production department for its adequacy as and when required.
- Handling of quality incident, Out Of Specification, Corrective Action and Preventive Action and market complaint as and when required.
- Routine Quality Assurance activities and documentation front as will be given from time to time.
