• Knowledge in various types of Blowers and scrubbers.
• Knowledge in Heat exchangers.
• Knowledge in various type chillers maintenance.
• Knowledge in Cooling towers maintenance.
• Knowledge in Glass wares handling..
• Knowledge in Isolators maintenance.
• Knowledge in static and rotary equipment’s servicing.
• Basic Knowledge in cGMP and Cleanroom concepts.

Job Profile for Utility Operation and Maintenance:

•  knowledge in water systems operation and maintenance
• Knowledge in chillers operation and maintenance
• Knowledge in Cooling towers operation and maintenance.
• Knowledge in Pumps operation and maintenance
• Knowledge in Air Handling Units operation and maintenance.
• Knowledge in Cleanroom classification and Validations.
• Knowledge in cGMP, Water system, Regulatory guide lines.
• Knowledge in Quality management system.
•  Knowledge in Environment management system.
• Knowledge in Regulatory and customer audits.

JOB Responsibility -Instrumentation:

1. Maintenance and Commissioning of all Electrical/Instrument equipment in total plant.
2. Coordinate and perform the calibration of all process instruments as per the calibration schedule and during batch start-up.
3. Performing Day to Day, Electrical & Instrumentation shift Maintenance Work.
4. Coordinate and perform the Preventive maintenance of the equipment as per the schedule.
5. Perform the performance verification, validation and qualification of the equipment’s.
6. Coordinate with Vendor for Equipment/Instrument Qualification/Calibration, Servicing.
7. Maintenance of PLC automation panels and performing a Validation as per the schedule.
8. Coordinate with superior for the day-to-day electrical and instrumentation projects.
9. Follow the Quality Management system in the day-to-day activities.
