Walk-in at LAXAI Life Sciences for CRO R&D / CRO ARD / CDMO Process R&D / CDMO ARD

CRO R&D

Job Role: Research Associate / Scientist

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: MSc(Synthetic Organic Chemistry)

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in Organic Synthesis/Multi-step Synthesis.

Experience in handling various reagents with safety precautions.

Sound Knowledge of isolation, separation & purification techniques.

Experience in characterization and identification of Organic molecules using spectroscopy techniques like NMR, IR, LCMS, HPLC.

CRO Analytical R&D (HPLC/LCMS/NMR)

Job Role: Research Associate / Scientist

Experience: 2 to 8 years

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: MSc(Analytical Chemistry)

Key Responsibilities:

NMR:

1. Operation and maintenance of NMR instrumentation

2. Having Knowledge on 1H, 13C, 1D and 2D Experiments (COSY, NOESY, HSQC and HMBC)

3. Experience in the use of NMR methodologies in the area of small organic molecule structure elucidation

4. Technically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot instrument problems.

5. Identification and structure elucidation of organic molecules

HPLC :

Calibration of instruments and maintaining records

• Method development and validation for drug substance using HPLC and GC.
• Analysis of Finished products & Intermediate samples as per specified standards.
• Preparation of Specification and STPs.
• Preparation of Validation Protocols and reports.
• Knowledge in preparative HPLC would be an advantageous.
• Maintenance of quality systems as per GLP and cGMP requirements.
• Technically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot instrument problems.
• Preparation of SOP and calibration of instrument as per SOP.
• Should have adequate skill in oral and written communications.

LCMS:

1. Calibration and operational skills of LCMS

2. Development and analysis of reaction monitoring samples by LCMS.

3. Should meet the timelines in report deliveries.

4. Having Knowledge on Mass Quantification studies

5. Preparation of SOP

6. Can be capable of handling trouble shooting in LCMS

7. Handling of GCMS would be an advantageous

8. Should have adequate skill in oral and written communications.
