Job Description/Skills Required

• Preventive, Breakdown, Proactive maintenance of FBC Boiler Systems.
• Regular inspection of Boilers.
• Spares procurement as per requirement in line with inventory & lead time.
• Coordination with electrical and instrumentation teams to utilize the resources economically.
• Reporting the maintenance activities & modifications to HOD Engineering & Utility, appraising day to day activities & carrying out any assignments given time to time.
• Ensure implementation of PM activity and documentation pertaining to maintenance practices.
• Monthly cross checking of all documents related to audits and statutory requirements for respective areas with reporting authority.
• Ensure safety systems for all operational areas and its environment to avoid injury frequency and lost time analysis.
• To maintain optimum level of inventory at stores.
• To study and develop the secondary level for maintaining the dept. activities.
• To comply the emergency vigilance, safety compliance reports in time.
• Follow ups with purchase, CED, Vendors etc for procurement of spares and necessary repairs in time.
• To ensure zero Audit observations and maintain online documentation.
• To study & develop the energy efficient equipment & subsequently make the energy saving schemes.
• Ensure to maintain inventory cost within the budget by proper planning based on the procurement time.
• Ensure all the SOP trainings of subordinates to meet the position requirement in absence of higher position by providing external and internal training.
• Monitoring of Maintenance expenditure related to concerned area.
• Project implementation at required areas.
• Implementation of Energy Conservation Proposals at Boiler and Steam Network
