Job Description/Skills Required
- Hands on Microsoft Outlook, Teams & Troubleshooting of LAN
- Desktop Troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting of Printers, Scanners
- Configuring the Mail ID, troubleshooting mail issues
- Resetting the users password based on request received.
- Communicate about system failure to the users and update them about possible uptime.
- Co-ordinating in SAP related activities
- Installing and troubleshooting Software, Hardware, Network, Servers, Printers, Scanners and CC cameras
