Job Description/Skills Required

Sr. Chemist Production

• Indenting the materials as per standard batch size and counter checking of the quantities before consumption/use
• Coordination with quality control, warehouse, floor level monitoring, execution of records where necessary
• Handovering the output material to warehouse
• Maintaining of Shift log books
• Maintaining good housekeeping in the premises of organization
• The safety of the operations in the company as well instructions to maintenance department to attend breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance
• Handling of manufacturing reactions.
• Maintaining of all the records concerned to production department
• Execution of online recording, maintaining all records of QMS/GMP.

Raising breakdown intimations and hand over the executed records to QA

Jr. Chemist- Production

• Coordination with quality control, warehouse, floor level monitoring, execution of records where necessary
• Handovering the output material to warehouse
• Maintaining good housekeeping in the premises of organization

Sr. Executive Production Documentation

• Preparation of BPCR and formats.
• Lead the production doc and dispatch related production batches planning.
• Coordination with all dept work related to supporting the documents.
• Coordinate with QA,QC,WHS, Production related works.
• Customer related BPCRs monitoring.
• BPCRs related logs and cleaning records, utensil and all other relevant documents reviewing.
• Review of executed batch production records and ECRs and analytical test reports.
• Handling Of Change controls
