Job Description/Skills Required:Â
- Ensure anytime audit readiness of the site through the IPQA activities.
- Evaluate and clear the line for Warehousing, Manufacturing, Packing, as per approved procedures
- Ensure assurance on execution of warehousing, manufacturing, packing, GMP IT, and Engineering & Maintenance processes as per laid down procedures
- Ensure assurance of online documentation of activities
- Ensure assurance on investigation of root cause and implementation of CAPA in the event of failures / observed non-compliances during internal and external audits
- Evaluate effectiveness of implemented CAPA.
- Ensure that effective systems are used for maintaining and calibrating critical equipment.
- Online review of Batch Manufacturing Records, Packing and Dispatch Records, Specifications, Standard Operating procedures, annexures, Validation documents, Qualification documents, audit trails, weighing balance printouts and any other quality documents
- Provide IPQA Support for product changeover/Plant shut down and maintenance activities
- Perform regular review of logbooks for compliance.
