We are recruiting for our OSD manufacturing Facility located at Ahmedabad.
Vacancies at OSD Facility:
Ø Production- OSD
Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant: ITI / Diploma, B.Sc having 3 – 8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection , Band sealing Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO). Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
Ø Packing:
Technical Assistant (Operator) – Diploma in Engineering with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Primary operating Machines for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line and Sachet Packing(Wraptech) . Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment. Monitor equipment performances and breakdown, maintain yield and productivity as per process instruction. Receive, arrange, store and maintain the material movement of Packaging material.
Ø Engineering
Technician – Diploma/ITI/ ITI(Refrigeration) with 3 to 8 years of experience in HVAC + BMS / Electrical (HT, LT panels)/ Process Equipment(Granulation, Compression, Packing )/ Instrumentation. Having Good exposures to Breakdown and preventive Maintenance.Pharma and Regulatory Exposure is Must.
