Job Description/Skills Required

• Be a part of the various complex operations that support PAN India recruitment. Ensure the delivery of high-quality work products within stipulated timelines.
• Interact with the larger Talent Acquisition team and our counterparts for these operations.
• Strategically design and execute TA programs and operations to scale
• Track, analyze, and communicate key success metrics and business trends. Responsible for working closely with TA leadership to drive the adoption of new systems and process changes.
• Lead the adoption and improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience.
• Evolve our data and tracking mechanisms to promote a strong recruiting culture across the organization.
