Job Description/Skills Required

• Authoring of patient narratives in accordance with documented guidelines, SOPs, and timelines.
• Perform quality check and review of narratives thereby ensuring nil error in the final document.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data with an eye for detail and focus on quality of the document.
• Effective project management skills to handle narrative projects independently.
• Provide effective, timely & regular status updates to the project lead.
• Work effectively with other writers, communicating project information in a timely manner.
• Ensure prompt issue escalation to the line manager/ project manager.
• Disseminate the learnings at regular intervals across teams through trainings, process improvement and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Clear and consistent written and verbal communication internally and with client
• Maintain complete confidentiality and information security.
• Maintain positive team dynamics, good interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work as a team.
• Flexibility and quick adaptability and take complete ownership of deliverables.
