Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. To conduct training sessions for new employees and existing employees of the site.
- 2. Organize and coordinate training sessions at site.
- 3. Able to Perform administration of Learning Management System (LMS) activities, in LTC role.
- 4. Maintaining documentation of the training record.
- 5. Preparation of SOP
- 6. Monitoring of training completion status and its compliance of the site personnel.
- 7. Preparation of training modules.
- 8. Check effectiveness of the training program for the identified courses.
- 9. Coordination with Department training coordinators for effective execution of training process management within their department.
