Job Description/Skills Required
- Manage End to End processes
- Define TAT & Quality parameters for various HR Ops processes
- Ensure process performance is in line with pre-defined TAT and Quality parameters
- Plan and deliver periodic improvements in TAT & Quality performance benchmarks
- Data Quality & Accuracy
- Monitor critical employee data points on regular basis and ensure employee data is updated regularly and accurately
- Provide data required by other stakeholders as per agreed timelines and parameters.
- Develop & maintain reporting matrix for process performance
- Create and publish communication tools (reports/ Dashboards/emails) to keep stakeholders updated on various HR Ops process performance for their respective businesses / locations
- Provide required information to other teams as per pre-agreed timelines for their processes
- HRMS Improvement
- Work with HRIT team to identify and implement additional modules / enhance existing processes
- Automate letter generation and distribution across employee life cycle
- Process Improvement
- Identify improvement areas in the process from employee experience and internal control view point and prepare implementation plan
