Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct stability studies, method validation, wet analysis, and quality control activities for bulk drugs, finished goods, and API manufacturing.
Perform UV spectroscopy testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of test results, reports, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines and company policies.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct risk identification, hazard analysis, and HAZOP studies to identify potential safety risks in API manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement effective safety training programs for employees on fire safety, industrial safety, work permit systems, and other relevant topics.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies related to EHS (Environmental Health & Safety).
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procedures for incident reporting, investigation, and prevention.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- B.Sc degree in Any Specialization; B.Tech/B.E. degree in Chemical preferred.
- Strong understanding of HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment), ISO standards, Work Permit Systems, Fire Safety protocols.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, BPR systems during production activities.
- Ensure compliance with batch processing procedures for API production and bulk drugs manufacturing.
- Monitor and control process parameters to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry as a Production Chemist or similar role.
- Diploma/B.Sc (Chemistry) degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of batch processing techniques for APIs and bulk drugs manufacturing.
- Proficiency in operating various pieces of equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters etc.
