Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Banks reconciliation and accounts related transaction.
- 2. Data management Issue debit notes and credit notes
- 3.Preparing and generating invoices
- 4.Assisting in monthly closing
- 5.Make timely payment on a day to day basis
- 6. Timely completing the monthly MIS report
- 7. Records & keeping Documentation
- 8.Make Advance payments to Vendor
- 9. Data Updation in Tally, (Create Ledgers, Groups, Stocks, etc.)
- 9. Reconciliation of Stock statement
- 10. Provide GST Data on time , Debtors Creditors management and Managing Commodity expense booking
