Job Description/Skills Required
- Cost reduction initiatives: Carry out process review and identify products for yield improvement, solvent recovery improvement, waste reduction, catalyst reduction, etc.
- Internal tech transfer activities: Carry out scale-up, cycle time reduction, block to block product technology transfer by closely working with IPD (R&D).
Carry out AVD/CIP projects within stipulated timelines.
- Throughput improvement: carry out equipment and cycle time debottlenecking to improve production capacity.
- GAP assessment: To take initiatives in the investigation to find out the root cause and design CAPA.
- Operational Simplification: To take initiatives to simplify processes, operations, and procedures.
- Reports: Weekly and monthly reports preparation
- 15-20 years of experience In process engineering / MSAT / Tech transfer/ Manufacturing Excellence
