Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Officer/Executive – Quality Control, located in our Vadodara facility. The role involves conducting quality control tests in the lab, ensuring the compliance of our products with national and international quality standards, and maintaining quality documentation. You will collaborate with the production team, monitor product quality, and identify areas for improvement in compliance with quality assurance protocols.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
Strong Analytical Skills with attention to detail
Competence in Laboratory Skills, including operating laboratory equipment and conducting tests
Effective Communication skills to work collaboratively with production teams and document quality results
Educational background in Chemistry or a related field
Knowledge of international chemical standards (such as FCC, USP, IP, BP) is an advantage
Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
Experience in a similar role within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
