Job description:
- Responsible for timely delivery of manufacturing schedule as per business objectives. To ensure that the planned EDDs are uniformly distributed in a month and the sales orders are serviced on time.
- Scheduling monthly production planning and review production schedule.
- Ensuring cGMP implementation in the site (conduct meetings, Site Management Review, provide resources, etc.) as per the QMS (Quality Management System).
- Ensuring upkeep of the site (infrastructure, machinery, equipment and housekeeping).
- Liaising with peers and outside agencies to meet business objectives.
- Planning & implementation of daily, weekly & monthly production to fulfill marketing requirements. Achieving the standard quality & raw material consumption, recovery norms with systematic approach, process yields & time schedule.
- Optimum utilization of manpower & manufacturing facilities to enhance the productivity using latest technology tools.
- Involvement in cross functional teams consisting of stores, QA/QC, Maintenance ,Project, Process Engineering, EHS, Excise, utilities, backward integrated plants, R&D/Process development Lab., HR, Accounts, etc. in organization’s Mission.
- Ensuring that entire site objectives for EHS and training are met.
