Job description:
- Candidate should responsible for all Downstream manufacturing activities in production area. Should have strong Hands on experience to handle Chromatography system, filtration systems. Should have knowledge on cGMP activities in manufacturing area. Monitor Batch process operation (including CIP) close monitoring of batch performance and data. Perform on-line documentation, cGMP compliance in all the manufacturing activity, and timely closure of executed documents like BMRs, log records and respective protocols. Should have knowledge on column packing and unpacking activities (BPG, Quick scale, Chromaflow etc.) Experience on the Equipment Qualification aspects Should responsible for preparation of SOPs and protocols. Should have knowledge and awareness of GMP controls and Quality systems. Experience on risk assessment tools and change management.
