Job Description/Skills Required
- To monitor & ensure compliance of activities related to Process Equipment & Facility maintenance as per cGMP requirement.
- Operation and maintenance of HVAC and utility.
- Compliance to Breakdown and Preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for Qualification/Validation & CSV Validation activities.
- Responsible for All Time Readiness to face Customer/Regulatory Audits.
- Responsible for change control management/ handling of deviations /QRM and QMS document.
- Implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action and monitoring its effectiveness.
- Maintaining monthly planners and schedules.
- Implementation of cGMP/GDP/Good Engineering Practices and Learning Management System.
- Managing external vendors/contractors with proper work planning and monitoring execution activities.
- Preparation/checking and approval of SOP/Engineering Drawings.
