Job Description/Skills Required
- Ensuring to maintain all the quality parameters stipulated as per RDCW Quality Objectives in shift-wise.
- Maintain the required LSF & Standard deviation as per target in Limestone Mix pile in-coordination with Mines team.
- Performing full analysis of all incoming Raw materials, fuel, in-process & final products in XRF, PSA & by manually to achieve end products quality target as per sampling & testing frequency with safety standards.
- Continuous interaction with Process, AFR & maintenance team to achieve Quality parameters on hourly basis from Mines LS mix to Packing stage quality before delivery.
- Independently handling of all Raw material as per production requirement & maintaining hopper levels for plant smooth operation, timely rapid Corrective & preventive actions taking at all stages of production to achieve QC targets.
