Shall have adequate knowledge on Setting, Operation & Cleaning of Encapsulation machine and line machines operation in manufacturing activities Should independently handle equipments like Encapsulation machine, line equipments of capsule filling machines in manufacturing areas Responsible for troubleshooting of equipment like Checkweigher, line equipments of capsule filling machines in manufacturing areas Responsible for carrying out Product to Product change over & Batch to batch changeover within stipulated time by ensuring GMP compliance Monitoring & Recording of environmental conditions in the Encapsulation & Other process areas Cleaning of Process & Non process area
