Invalidation/Opposition of patent/applications Preparation of Freedom-to operate analysis reports w.r.t API related patents for India, US, EP and ROW; Patentability analysis novel API processes Infringement analysis and preparing non-infringement strategies; Strategic evaluation of Patent landscape; Support product development by providing timely IP inputs to relevant stakeholders Patentability novel API processes; Patent Search Drafting and prosecution of patents related to Polymorph, Process & Formulation; Preparation of Patent Landscapes
