Job Description/Skills Required
- Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project
- Lead issue resolution & communication at project level
- Ensure alignment with key stakeholders
- Identify risks to timeline, quality or supply and execute recovery strategies where required
- Facilitates decision-making & prioritization
- Support business requirements analysis
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Work closely with all departments to make sure that the scope & direction of each project is on schedule
- Coordinate with internal resources and customers (GNPS, GNPI) for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and with complete scope
- Developing project scopes & objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Support/nurture PM process enabling
- Ensure updating of systems, processes, tools and techniques in PMT
- Maintain accuracy in PM data by quality checking and analyzing
- Alert upper management on project milestone success and failures with risk analysis
- Optimize cost & resources by providing efficient risk strategy to team
- New Product Launch – define and manage project plan & responsible for on time launch
- Site Transfer Projects- define and manage project plan & responsible for on time transfer
- Material Changes Projects- define and manage project plan & responsible for on time readiness of alternate API / RMs (for de-risking /cost/strategic reasons)
