Job Description/Skills Required

– You will be part of the social triage team in Area Social Command Centers (SCCs)
– Review and route incoming customer messages to the right team for a response
– Prioritize inbound messages, increases efficiency and optimize social engagement reporting for client-owned channels.
– Use social listening tools to interpret the sentiments and priority of social posts to route to the right marketing/ communications team for resolution
-Proactively work with team lead to make strategic listening recommendations
-Generate insight into incoming volume and provide recommendations for improvement
