Job Description/Skills Required
Install, Maintain and configure laboratory software systems, handle customer requests, problem & incident handling, technical change management and Applications Support for SDMS Nugenesis and Empower
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operation and Maintenance of LAB IT Applications- SDMS Nugenesis and Empower
- Coordination with external supplier
- Quality control of LAB IT Applications
- Support LAB IT Applications Service and Project activities
- Business analyst activities (support of Business requirement generation, functional specification, Business consulting)
- Process optimization, governance and change control
Qualification, Skills & Experience:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a computer system, engineer, natural science or comparable discipline.
- 5+years of LABIT Applications support and administration experience in SDMS Nugenesis and Empower
- Implementation and Maintenance experiences in Laboratory Informatics environments is must
- LIMS experience is an added advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL framework – Proficient understanding of GMP, 21CFRPart1 and related regulations associated with Pharmaceutical product manufacturing
- Customer friendly personality with strong analytical capabilities and strong process orientation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
Eligibility Criteria
- Min 50% in academics throughout
