Job Description/Skills Required

Production Executive :

• 1.Execution of manufacturing activities as per PPIC planning. Closely planning of batch manufacturing timelines against to batch micro plan.
• 2.Maintenance of production manpower as per production schedule.
• 3.SOPs preparation, review and revisions.
• 4.Initiation and closing of DCR, FCRs as per requirement.
• 5.Closing of production related OOLs and its investigations.
• 6.Monitoring of Material indents related to batch manufacturing.
• 7.Capital items URS preparations and procurements as per requirement.
• 8.Follow up the production daily activities.
• 9.Monitoring of equipments rinse waters analysis reports and prior intimation to QC for bulk samples and rinse water sending times for batch execution.
• 10.Monitoring of Production Daily reports preparation and sharing to corporate team.
• 11.Review of Lyophilization FD data.

Packing Chemist :

• 1.Monitoring of general hygiene of operators working in clean rooms.
• 2.Maintain discipline and motivate the workforce for better productivity and cGMP compliance.
• 3.Compliance of manufacturing operations to cGMP.
• 4.Implementation and compliance to standard operating procedures.
• 5.Completing of batch production record and GMP records in compliance to SOPs
• 6.Continuous training of workmen for cGMP compliance.
• 7.Preparation of SOPs and related annexures.
• 8.Preparation , Review of Packing Batch records and GMP records
• 9.Batch closing on line and segregation with status labels at every stage of operation.
• 10.Monitoring of visual inspection.
• 11.Monitoring of labeling, carton coding of packing activity in process checks vials and transfer of finished goods to ware House, and updating Log Books.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification : M.Pharmacy , B.Pharmacy , M.Sc
• Experience : 3 to 7 Years
• Formulation Experience Preferable
