1. R&D – Biotechnology Immunogenicity
Grade: Executive / Sr. Exe
Qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech in Biotechnology/Bioch chemistry
Experience: 2-6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Study sample analysis for pipeline products
- Isolation of PBMC from whole blood and maintenance of commercial cell lines
- Data compilation, QC, and statistical analysis
- Preparation of SOPs, method development reports, and analytical test procedures
- Operating and maintaining the analytical laboratory in compliance with GLP regulations
- Operation and maintenance of Flow Cytometry, Multiplex, ELISPOT, and other instruments
2. R&D – Biotechnology (Molecular Biology & Cell Line Development)
Grade: Manager / Sr. Exe
Qualification: PhD/Masters in Biotechnology
Experience: 6-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Mammalian cell culture/microbial cell culture and molecular biology
- Therapeutic protein expression and purification using E.coli / yeast expression systems
- Molecular cloning, primer designing, expression vector generation, and related molecular biology techniques
- Generation of stable monoclonal cell lines for mAb/therapeutic protein production
- Single cell cloning, fed batch study, cell bank preparation, and characterization
- Good communication skills, experimental documentation, and troubleshooting
3. R&D – Biotechnology (Analytical Development) In Process
Grade: Executive
Qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech in Biotechnology/Bioch emistry
Experience: 1-4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HPLC based methods for protein and peptide products
- Design and implement integrated strategies for product related variants and impurities
- Measure and characterize process-related impurities at different stages of product development
- Preparation and review of method development reports and analytical test procedures
- Operating and maintaining the analytical laboratory in compliance with GLP regulations
