Job Summary:
The selected candidate will be primarily tasked with generating and converting leads into registrations for training courses at IMMAST. This will be done through conducting promotions using various channels, and reaching out through mass as well as targeted communications. Customer service, documentation and upkeep of the alumni network engagement are also part of the responsibilities. The job requires an alert and quick thinking individual, with a background of sales in a similar or related field.
Areas Of Responsibility
- Carry out marketing activities- including branding activities for the institute and promotions of Courses assigned
- Conversion of leads to paid registrations for IMMASTs training courses
- Documentation & related record keeping for sponsored registrations for training courses
- Maintain Alumni engagement & conduct activities, as planned from time to time
- Hosting of the Courses (including registration formalities, welcome kits, communication, data preparation, invoice delivery, feedback)
- Ensure compliance to SOP’s and Quality Protocol
- Recovery of Outstanding course fee
- Participate in conferences and workshops
- Assist the IMMAST Management in cost reduction initiatives and work towards sustainability in line with the Centre’s vision
