Job Description/Skills Required
- Analytical Method Development of MDI, DPI, Nasal Spray and Nebulizer Formulations for Domestic/EU/USA market.
- Responsible for routine analysis of R&D formulation of pulmonary products e.g., (RS, ASSAY, UDD, CASCADE, ED, Spray pattern etc)
- Responsible for stability analysis (stability study for regulated
- market such as Domestic/USA & EU for pulmonary dosage form)
- VALIDATION, Validation Tech. transfer of developed method to plant for pMDI, DPI Nebulizer and Nasal spray.
- Preparations of STP, SOPS and giving training to QC analyst for the analysis of the product as per STP for future batches
- Responsible for operation and calibration of various analytical instruments e.g., BALANCE, HPLC, GC, Microscope, Auto actuation, Spray View PH-CONDUCTIVITY METER.
- Reverse engineering of pMDI, DPI and Nasal products.
- Preparation of compilation report’s and COA of stability batches.
- Drug product characterization study & In-vitro bio equivalence study for pMDI, DPI and Nasal products.
- Preparations of protocol and reports for MDR (Method Development Report) and DPC &In-vitro study.
