Job Role or Description
- To ensure statutory and business payments are made on time. To ensure financial audits are conducted as per schedule and ensure data is uploaded on time. To ensure 100% implementation of Record Management. To ensure all financial activities regarding De-hired sites are completed on time. Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure timely payment of Property Tax and claiming of discounts/ rebates wherever applicable. Ensure timely payment of APMC dues, filing of returns and completion of assessment wherever called for. Reconciliation of GST & CDN for PR V/s 2A with respect to utility vendors. Timely accounting, integrity check & payment processing for Petro Card. Ensure Utility payments are processed on time with Zero revenue leakage. Monitor cheque colleciton & distribution. Monitor Finance Audit for all formats and data upload on time. Monitor Record Room Activities & ensure that the documents are stacked properly. To ensure all Financial activities regarding De-hired sites are completed on time.
