Job Description/Skills Required

1. Online documentation as per Good manufacturing practices (GMP) and Good documentation practices (GDP).2. Ensuring of Raw materials/Packing materials are dispensingas per the production requirement. 3. Ensuring the receipt, storage and safe custodyof Raw material, Packing material & Finish Goods.4. Ensuring the dispensing activities are performing as per FEFO/ FIFO system.5. Maintaining of Receipt of storage and issuance of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Consumable Materials and Finished Products.6. Preparation, revision and implementation of “StandardOperating Procedures” and monitoring of warehouse logs.7. Co-ordination with purchase department, vendors and transporters for timely receipt of materials.8. Audit compliances and initiating Change control / CAPA to improvement of GMP & CGMP systems. 9. Preparation / Review of SOP/ Change control / Deviation/ CAPA CGMP/Audits requirements.10. Preparation of Packing list / Invoices/ Monthly Statement. 11. Review and Maintain of RM/PM stock.12. Handling of Rejected and Expired Materials.13. Retest Material Sampling and Testing as per SOP. 14. Monitoring of RH Temp. and DP.15. Coordination with Engineering Department for Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown.Exposure of ERP/SAP/Pharmacloud Software.
