Job Description/Skills Required

• Coordinate with Business development team and arrange rolling sales forecast.
• Coordinate with Purchase team and manufacturing team to timely delver the raw materials and avoid stock out situations.
• Conduct periodic review meetings with all stake holders including Production, QA, QC and Business Development.
• Monitor the product delivery and material supplies against committed schedules.
• Assist in Review of Annual/Quarterly plan on monthly basis and freezing monthly Sales & Operations plan.
• Evaluation of MPS and MRP.
• Monitoring the planning performance by generating metrics/hit miss ratios for Sales, Production, Material delivery, Inventory turnover etc.
• Identifying the facility for new products based on the equipment availability.
• Anticipating shortfalls/deviations in plan and taking proactive measures.
• Preparation of product standards like BOMs (Calculation of consumption coefficients)
• Forecasting the Capacity utilization based on the MKT forecast & production plan.
• Identify non-moving inventory and coordinate with relevant team and liquidate idle inventory.
• Work with warehousing operations to set priorities for production and shipment of finished goods.
• Implement and maintain Inventory and Material Management Strategies for all Finished Goods by regular review and optimization of inventory parameters and levels (e.g. reorder pt, safety stock, ABC categorization)
