Biological E. Limited invites experienced applicants to join in the below departments for our Vaccine Facility in Hyderabad with 1- 7 years experience for Production – Blending, Filling , Manufacturing – Antigens & Engineering Departments on Friday, 12th December 2025.
Educational Qualifications:
- M. Sc (Lifesciences), B. Tech (EIE, EEE), Diploma (Lifesciences), B. Sc (Lifesciences), ITI(with relevant experience)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Production Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens)
- To perform Upstream and Downstream activities of bacterial & viral antigens (Vaccines)
- Execution of upstream and downstream production batches. Focus on timely execution, to ensure that the process is carried out as per cGMP compliance and batch timelines
- Execution of documentation activities as per cGMP compliance.
- Experience in Chromatography, TFF, Fermenters, Cell Culture, Media Fill, Sterile Filtration, & BPR Preparation.
2. Engineering
Process Equipment’s:
Experience in Breakdowns and preventive maintenance of Vial Washing, Filling, Capping, Autoclave and Labelling Machines, Jacketed Vessels, lyophilization, Ability to handle shift operations.
Instrumentation:
Ability to handle shift operations for Instrumentation activities like BMS, Breakdown maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, AMC and Interim projects, Reviewing the completion of breakdown status / Calibration / PM works, Handling basic troubleshooting in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition).
3. Production BFPL (Blending, Filling)
Blending:
- Manage shift plans for formulation activities
- Operate autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP & SIP skids
Filling:
- Manage filling shift plans
- Operate vacuum cleaners, tunnel sterilizers, filling & capping machines
