Job Description/Skills Required

3+ yrs experience with Msc qualification, 0-2 yrs experience with PHD

Roles and Responsibilities

• Calibration of instruments such as UV, IR, HPLC, GC, Autotitrator, polarimeter, etc.
• LNB writing and all documentation as per 21 CFR compliance.
• Support in preparation of required documents for PDR.
• Qualification of impurity and reference standards by spectroscopic techniques like FTIR, NMR, UV-Visible spectrophotometer etc
• Identification & classification of impurities by LCMS
• Impurity profiling, knowledge of NMR spectrogram, Spectroscopy instruments.
• Maintaining and Retesting of impurity and reference standards, with instruments like FTIR, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, KF Apparatus, Autotitrator, Polarimeter, HPLC, LCMS etc.
• Identification and quantification of impurities by LCMS
• Robust knowledge of working on HPLC and LCMS
