Job Description/Skills Required
- Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups.
- Should have an ability to engage the customers & partner to ramp up business support at the same time being able to deliver value Strategic mindset in planning and driving marketing strategies and managing customers
- Sales negotiation and deal closure at the customer, interfacing with all key buying influencers such as direct users of the product, but also possibly department heads
- Gather and communicate input from field to management regarding market trends, customer satisfaction, competition, and product issues
- Provide surgical case coverage, follow-up support and troubleshooting in the assigned Territory
- Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge of Innovas and competitive products
- Achieving annual and quarterly achievement of multiple order and revenue targets through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting, by prioritizing selling time to generate sales volume, achieve account penetration and complete territory coverage
- Conduct customer in-services for new and existing accounts
- Conduct required training for new accounts
- Develop relationships with physicians and hospital administration staff to ensure both clinical and non-clinical needs are identified and met
