- Experience – 3-9 years
- Key Skills – Working knowledge on MCC, PCC and Power
- supplies, VFD, Transformers. Basic Instrumentation
- knowledge is an advantage. Maintenance role – Washing
- Tunnel Filling and capping experience along with
- formulation lines maintenance activities. Exposure on
- PHE, Agitators, actuated diaphram Vales, Steam traps etc.
- 2) Associate Instrumentation
- Qualification – Diploma(Electronics/Instrumentation)/
- B.Tech/B.E ( Electronics/Instrumentation)
- Experience – 3-6 years
- Key skills – Washing, Tunnel, Filling and capping
- experience along with formulation lines maintenance
- activities. Exposure on PLCs, SCADA, VFD, power supplies,
- pneumatic systems. Exposure on Instruments like
- temperature, pressure, flow, Dissolved oxygen etc.
- 3) Associate Manager – Investigation
- Qualification – B. Tech/B.E ( Mechanical/
- Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation)
- Experience – 6-9 years
- Key Skills – M2 certified person with exposure on
- pharmaceutical company process and procedures.
- Exposure on Lean sigma tools.
- 4) Manager – Formulation (SME)
- Qualification – B. Tech / B.E (Chemical/Mechanical)
- Experience – 6-9 years
- Key skills – Formulation experience with exposure on
- equipments like PHE, Agitators, actuated diaphram Vales,
- Steam traps etc, Knowledge on P&ID and design detail
- requirement with respect ASME standards.
