Job Description/Skills Required
- Coordination with supply chain/ logistics/ launch management teams to ensure quarter wise servicing of orders.
- Ensure timely escalation of issues as and when identified to ensure budget/ latest estimate for the quarter is met.
- Responsible for working with various Finance counter part from different Viatris entities to ensure timely account payables (debit note settlement)
- Work closely with various regulatory stakeholders to scope, monitor and execute Regulatory projects. This would involve working with various RA colleagues to get filings done in a timely manner and to ensure support from Commercial perspective regarding registrations
- Understand the Legal requirement related to a project; familiarize with Legal Contract Management system and manage end to end closure of contracts in the system
- Support on various Commercial aspects as and when needed like tender preparation, demand planning coordination, business reviews etc.
