Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Ability to handle own experiments and monitor reactions with minimal supervision
Knowledge of named reactions and reaction mechanisms
Proficiency in spectroscopy, Proton NMR, H-NMR, Mass
Conducting lab validation experiments, compiling data, and preparing batch/development reports
Adherence to online documentation, quality standards, safety standards, and delivery timelines
Meeting project timelines, RMC, and quality parameters
Online maintenance of GLP and documentation as appropriate
Hands-on experience in handling impurity profiling and in-process controls
