Job description:-.
- As technical Lead assist in enhancement, support and maintenance of Kinaxis Work with Business users and teams located onsite or remotely; across geographies. Analyze user reported system issues, investigate the root cause and provide resolution. Log SR on OEM portal, follow-up and get responses for the issue logged. Escalate as required. Document the issue register and maintain FAQs of legacy and current issues. Initiate and manage Change control cycle end to end. Prepare & maintain System requirement, configuration, technical design documentations. Author Test Scripts and coordinate approvals. Coordinate the User Acceptance testing with Business users. Analyze reporting needs, design, develop reports from the applications. Analyze system integration needs with other systems and implement it. Perform programming tasks, such as coding and debugging program logic.
